TARTAR STEAK - TATARAK

200 g 2 times finely ground filet mignon
1 dl extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 yolk
chili
sweet hungarian paprika
curry powder
ground cumin
salt
mustard
ketchup
anchovy paste
finely minced capers

Put all ingredients, according to your taste, into a bowl (except filet mignon) and mix very well. Add finely ground filet mignon and mix very well again. Serve with toasted thinly sliced garlic bread. Great with wine and good friends.
